Steps

Wash the fruits thoroughly & peel them.

The peeled fruits look like this.

Add a quarter cup water & place on fire, allow to cook to a pulp for they were semi ripe.

Add the mangoes as they were more ripe
- 5
Let the mangoes cook to a pulp then add sugar, stir well & remove from fire.

Allow to cool before storing in an air tight jar, ready for use.

Spread on bread for at least 3 weeks.
