Mix all ingredients mentioned in "for roti" and knead soft dough with enough water. Rest for 15 minutes.

Then make balls from it. Coat balls with flour and roll out rotis. Roast all rotis on both sides on tawa. (Keep kutcha pakka).

Mix all ingredients mentioned in "for stuffing". Make big oval shaped tikkis from it.

Cook tikkis with oil till golden brown on tawa.

Mix all ingredients mentioned in "for salad"

Take a roti. Apply garlic coriander chutney and date tamarind chutney over it.

Put prepared tikki.

Put prepared salad over it

Fold with both sides. Shallow fry both sides on tawa with oil. Delicious veg. frankie is ready to serve.
