Steps

Take the cleaned and washed coriander leaves, chillies,garlic and make it's paste.

In the same jar find green peas,make fine paste

Peel the potatoes and cut them in cubes.

In a hot pan add oil add the urad saal Bari once oil gets heat, now add the ginger paste

Add the green masala after ginger, stir it well till masala starts leaving oil and turns dark green.

Add garam masala powder

Add pea paste,heeng and salt,stir it well to get the masala mixed well,simmer the gas and cover for five minutes.

Now add the cubed potatoes,stir well and add two cups hot water.let it boil for 15 to 20 minutes at low flame

We can off the the gas and serve it hot with rice or chappati.
