1 tablespoonGarlic (minced)
2 tablespoonHoney
3 tablespoonButter
To tasteSalt
1 teaspoonCrushed pepper
1/2 teaspoonVegetable oil

Heat a wok, add butter and vegetable oil in it so that butter won't burn.

Then add honey in it and mix it well.

Now add carrot and garlic in it and mix it.

Then add salt and pepper in it and cook it until carrots get light brown colour on it's sides.

Your honey glazed carrot is ready to serve.
