  • 1/2 ltrMilk
  • 1/4 cupDry fruits
  • Sugar as per taste
  • to tasteCardamom

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil milk in a wok and bring malai at sides of wok

  2. 2

    Keep doing continuesly till.the milk gets 1/4

  3. 3

    Then add sugar dry fruits and cardamom

  4. 4

    Garnish some dry fruits serve chilled and enjoy it
