Steps

Peel yam, cut, wash, add salt to taste and boil until soft. Then slice into desired shapes and set aside.

Break egg in a bowl, add knor cube, coriander and whisk then set aside.

Heat up oil in a pan, when it's hot, deep yam in the egg and fry intil golden brown.
