Method:
In a mixer, add all the ingredients except water.
Mix for a minute then add the water and mix well. - 2
You should have a soft but pliable dough.
Cover the dough and let it rise.
Once risen, divide the dough into balls. - 3
Roll each ball into a circle shape like chapati and on each one circle gently pull one end to give it an circle shape.

Cook the naan on a non stick frying pan without adding any oil or ghee. Cook the naans on medium high heat.

Cook both sides of the naan and try to avoid pressing on them.

Once both sides are cooked, remove from the stove and apply butter on top of them. serve them with hot tea.
