Ingredients

4 persons
  • 4,2tazze americane di brodo di pollo
  • 4uova grandi
  • noce moscata a piacere
  • Parmigiano grattugiato da 1,4 once
  • buccia grattugiata di un limone
  • pepe bianco a piacere

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large cup, break the 4 eggs, add the grated peel of a lemon, a little nutmeg, the ground white pepper and naturally the grated Parmigiano cheese. Beat well with a fork. Store in the refrigerator.

  2. 2

    Make the broth in the way you like, if you are in a hurry you will be good at the supermarket. Bring the broth to a boil over low heat.

  3. 3

    Pour the mixture of eggs in the boiling broth and mix without stopping with a fork until the egg is as seen in the photo.

  4. 4

    Serve hot in 4 dishes and if you like to garnish with fried pieces of bread taste garlic, perennial or basil. Thanks for reading my recipes.
