Steps

Wash the beef and icefish season and cook till it is soft then remove the ice fish. Debone the smoked fish, wash and slice the okro and ugwu

In a clean pot on fire pour the palm oil let it get hot a bit then add the blended ogbono and stir it till it is well mix

Add the crayfish, pepper and the stock and stir

Now add the okro also add the beef,ice fish and smoked fish
- 5
Taste and check if the season is OK cover and let it cook for some time. Add the ugwu leaf bring it down and serve with any swallow of choice
