Start by cutting the kidney in the small chunks wash and boil it with seasoning cube and ginger till it’s well cooked drain and set aside. (Preserve the stock)

Cut all the veggies in to desired shapes wash and set aside

In a pot add oil before adding the minced meat kidney and all the veggies and spices followed by the reserved stock. Cook till the meat is well cooked.

Serve with pasta rice or even bread 😋
