  • 1 poundbeef with fat and gristle
  • 2 quartswater
  • 2 tablespoonssalt
  • 1 teaspoonground black pepper
  • ◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆ vegetables◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆
  • 1large zucchini
  • 2 cupsshredded cabbage
  • 1orange bell pepper
  • 1red bell pepper
  • 1yellow bell pepper
  • 1large onion sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoonstomato paste
  • 1/2 tablespoonssalt
  • 1/2 tablespoonsgranulated garlic powder
  • 16 ouncesdiced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cupvegetable oil
  • 1/2 cuphoney
  • 1/4 cupred wine vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the beef and boil in the water, with salt, and pepper. Let cool and refrigerate. You can freeze the broth for future use. You can pour into ice tray and when frozen put into a zip lock bag and use as needed

    Net day take outvand scrape away the meat from gristle. Chop meat into bits. Use some of the fat also

    Yes its a bit time consuming. Add meat to hot oil.

    Add cabbage. Stir coating all the cabbage and onions. Add wine deglaze the pan let simmer 7 minutes

    Dice the peppers

    Then the tomatoes and tomato paste

    Mix every thing add salt, garlic, vinegar, and half the honey stir in well

    Let simmer 15 minutes. core the pear. Slice thinly. Form a circle with the pear pieces, and drizzle the rest of honey on top.
