Ingredients

  • 1 cupRice
  • 1/2 cupSugar
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2elaichi (powder)
  • 1tejpata
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 1/2 literMilk
  • Dry fruits - optional
  • Coconut powder (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak rice in water for 1 hour,drain & grind.

  2. 2

    Take a pan, put 1/2 cup of water in pan and boil, put 2-3 tsp of sugar and salt to taste in pan. After boiling of water put 1/2 rice batter in pan & stir it. It will comes think dough. Remove pan from gas.

  3. 3

    Take another pan put 1 tsp of ghee, tejpata. Put 1/2 cup of water & 1/2 liter milk keep it in medium flame.

  4. 4

    Put little ghee in Palm make small balls from rice dough. Put it in milk and boil it for 5 mins. After it place the remaining rice batter in pan.

  5. 5

    Stir it continuously 10 mins in low flame. After 10 mins switch off gas put elaichi powder in it.
