2 teaspoonurad daal
1 teaspoonmustard seeds
pinchHing
handfulCurry pata
4Dry red chilli
to tasteSalt
Small lemon size tamarind
Oil for tadka

Add oil in kadai,add mustard seeds urad daal hing curry patta red chilli and chopped onions a pinch of salt tamarind and Cook well. cool and grind to fine paste.

Serve with idli or dosa.
