Ingredients

  • 2 cupsCabbage / gobhi shredded
  • 3 tspCorn flour
  • 3 tspMaida
  • Oil
  • Soy sauce
  • 3 tspGarlic chopped
  • Salt
  • 1 cupSpring onions chopped
  • 2 tbspTomato sauce
  • 1/2 tspPepper powder
  • 1/2 cupChopped onion
  • 2 tspGreen chilli chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl put cabbage,corn flour,some salt,maida and mix well.Add half green chilli and mix.

  2. 2

    Keep this aside and for 15mins.

  3. 3

    Take a work and heat oil in it.Make small balls and fry till brown.

  4. 4

    Keep all Manchurian balls on a tissue.

  5. 5

    Now take a pan,add some oil and stir fry chopped onion,garlic.

  6. 6

    Now put spring onions,salt,both the sauces and 1tsp sugar.Mix well.

  7. 7

    Add Manchurian balls and stir fry.This will give a nice aroma.If you want gravy add some water.
