Chopped the vegetables in a bowl.

In a pan add oil then add chopped onion and garlic.

Sauted till it becomes golden

Then add the other vegetables and spinach leaves saute untill it become soft

Then add soya sauce,vinegar and salt

And then dissolved cornflour in water, then mix it in the pan fir a thick soup

Then boil for 2-4 min

Then garnish it with coriander leaves
