Steps

Cut yam,wash and grate.

Wash and grate habanero pepper and onion.

Put a pot on cooker,add a cup of water,add palm oil,crayfish and let it boil

Put the grated water yam in a bowl,add little salt,1 doyin cube and shredded dry fish and grated pepper.

Mix thoroughly together,by now water the water in the pot would be boiling, drop the water yam in balls,as if you are frying,drop all the content,n cook.

Do not stir, shake the pot,so that its does not get burnt,and cook for about 20-30minutes.

Check for taste,and adjust if necessary,done.
