For this peppersoup, i made use of dried scent leaves but you can always use fresh scent leaves.

Wash the goat meat and ofals properly

Then put in a pot, add the maggi cubes and salt to taste

Then add some water and boil until the goat meat is almost tender
- 4
Then add more water, enough for the peppersoup stock needed
- 5
Add the pepper, pounded uziza seed and peppersoup spices then cook for 5 minutes and add the scent leaves

After adding the scent leaves, cook for 1-2 minutes and set down
- 7
Serve hot! 😁
