Steps

Wash and soak Rice for an hour or more

Grind into paste

Prove yeast and add to the paste and cover to rise

Add sugar and salt to paste. The consistency should be like pancake batter. Add baking soda to make it fluffy

To fry; get a nonsticky and add oil. Pour the batter into the pan and cover to cook until bubbles form on top.

Preferably don't flip to fry the other side, just one side is enough.

Pile in a tray and cover to keep soft.
