1/2 cupgarlic cloves
2 tablespoonlemon juice (fresh)
1 teaspoonsalt
2 cupoil

Steps

Start by blending the garlic till it’s finely chopped Then add the salt and blend again. Then slowly start adding the oil and alternating it with the cold lemon juice TIll its emulsified and thick just like mayonnaise.

Store in an airtight container in a refrigerator.
