In a pan add oil, cumin seeds.after it's gets brown and add chopped onions and tomatoes

And saute it..then added the chopped garlic and ginger

After that add the turmeric powder, chilli powder and coriander powder and salt, fry the ingredients together well

In a pan add a little water,now add the chole (soaked overnight and pressure cooked) to the masala

Now add green chilli and water to the base

Simmer the chole genlty for an hour and cover it and add the butter to it

Knead the wheat flour,maida and salt together with adequate amount of water. sprinkle the yeast on top

Leave it for 2-3 hours for the yeast to work and roll out in an oval shape

Deep fry till golden brown like a puri

Now it's ready to serve
