Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  1. 1 cupboiled macaroni
  2. 3/4 cupfinely chopped veggies(onion,carrot,capsicum)
  3. 1/2 cupmayonnaise
  4. 1 spoonoregano
  5. 2 cubescheese
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. 1 cuprefined flour
  8. 1/4 cupsemolina
  9. 1/4 spooncarom seeds
  10. 1/2 cuplukewarm water
  11. 2 spoonspinach puree
  12. Refined oil as per requirement

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat 2 spoon oil in a wok

  2. 2

    Add chopped veggies and saute for 2 minutes

  3. 3

    Add boiled macaroni, mayonnaise,salt and oregano

  4. 4

    Mix well and switch off the flame

  5. 5

    Let it cool

  6. 6

    Add grated cheese

  7. 7

    Mix refined flour,s semolina,salt,carom seeds,2 spoon oil and spinach puree in a bowl

  8. 8

    Knead a soft dough by adding lukewarm water

  9. 9

    Divide the dough in 4 equal portions

  10. 10

    Roll into a thick circle and cut into halves

  11. 11

    Make a cone shape by applying water on plain part

  12. 12

    Stuffed macaroni and seal the openings by applying water

  13. 13

    Deep fry in hot oil

  14. 14

    Serve with sauce.
