Steps

Wash and wipe the chillies well

Spread on a towel for sometimes

Slit from the middle lengthwise without devideing in 2 parts

Dry roast fennel seeds and let it cool

Mix all ingredients except chillies in a

Stuff the prepared mixture into the chillies carefully so that the chillies doesn't seprate

Cover with a thin muslin cloth and put in sunlight for 1 day
- 8
Mix occasionally with a wooden spoon
- 9
Pickle us ready to eat.
