Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmaida
  2. 1 cupbutter
  3. 1 cupsugar powder
  4. 1 cupstrawberry crush
  5. 1 tsp.Vanilla essence
  6. 1 tsp.Baking powder
  7. 1 tspsoda bi carb
  8. 3 droppink colour
  9. 1 cupmilk
  10. 1 cupcheese cream
  11. 1 cupchopped fresh strawberry

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve together maida,baking powder,baking soda in a bowl.

    In the seived flour mixture,add milk along with butter,powdered sugar,vanilla essence and strawberry crush till it becomes flowing consistency.

    Meanwhile preheat the oven at 200 degree celsius and line the mould

  4. 4

    Now pour the batter and bake the cake for 12 minutes at 180 degree celsius.

    Once done, cool them on a rack for atleast two hours before frosting them.

    Then prepare the frosting for the strawberry cake

  7. 7

    I used homemade cheese cream frosting for my cup cakes and garnish with strawberry before serving.
