Steps

Take a pan put 3 spoon of oil. Then half sliced onion. Saute well wait until when onion changed golden colour

Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and chat masala and saulte well.

Mix boil potato and add salt.

Then another boil add gram flour and rice flour. And add chilli powder, turmeric, ajwain, salt and baking soda mix it well.

Then add water and make thin batter.

Then make a ball sized roll of aloo batter and dip in gram flour batter and deep fry in hot oil.
