When you want a quick and yum starter

Take a pan and heat some oil in it

Add cumin seeds, curry leaves and garlic finely chopped

After a minute add turmeric, chilli, pepper powder

Fry it for like 30 seconds

Add the boiled egg which has to be cut in two halves

Keep tossing the pan so that the egg and masala can mix properly without really breaking it

Add chopped coriander for garnish. Now your egg fry is ready to eat
