Enjoy guilt free snacks. These samosas are baked in OTG. So not fried no need to worry about calories .
Steps

Take a bowl. Add maida, salt, oil and carom seeds. Bind a tight dough and keep aside covered for half an hour.

Chop potatoes. Chop green chillies. Take a wok. Add 2 Tsp oil. Heat. Add jeera, crushed coriander seeds. Let them crackle. Add kaju (optional). Roast. Add chopped green chillies. Saute. Add chopped potatoes. Saute. Add black salt, amchoor, red chilli powder and salt. Saute.
Add coriander leaves. Let it cool. - 3
Now take the dough. Punch it again. Take some dough. make a ball. Roll it with a rolling pin. Make a thin round roti. Cut it from centre. Take one part in hand. Apply some water on one side. Fold it. Fill it with filling. Apply water on upper side and seal it. Make all samosas like this. Now preheat the over at 180*c for 10 min. Bake all samosas for 30 min. Keep brushing with oil in between 😊
