Peel potatoes.

Dice potatoes in equal size and wash.

Take a pan and heat oil. Add sesame seeds and hing.

Add potatoes too and mix well.

Add salt and mix well and cover with lid till potatoes are half done. Then add red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well. Cook it for 10 mins.

Now add kasoori methi and mix well.

Cook till potatoes are completely done. Serve hot with poori aur chapati.
