Steps

Clean spinach and soak in salted warm water for 15-20 mins.

Cutt the paneer in cubes.

Make a smooth paste of green chilli and soaked spinach.

Heat a pan add oil. Add cumin seeds.after few seconds add chopped onion cook till golden brown. Now add chopped tomato and ginger garlic paste stir well.

After 5-7 mins add turmeric Powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder.cook for 2 mins.

Now add paneer, spinach paste,salt and sugar mix well. Cover it for 10 mins.

After 10 mins add 1 cup of water and cover for another 10 mins.

After 10 mins add butter and put the gas off. healthy and tasty palak paneer is ready to eat.
