Steps

Mix all the ingredients except for tempering and water.

Mix well to form a semi thick batter. Add little water if required. Keep aside for 5-10mins.

Heat a steamer. Grease the tin.

Add Eno to the batter and give a quick stir. Pour in tin and steam it for 15-20mins

After cooling, de mould it and cut it in required shape.

For tempering heat oil, add mustard seeds. Let them splutter. Till that time mix water and lemon juice. Add this to tempering and spread this mixture on dhokla.

Your dhokla is ready to serve.
