1Carrot grated
2 tspSugar
to tasteSalt
1 tspCumin Powder
1 pinchAsafoetida
1 tspred Chilli powder
as neededCoriander leaves (Optional)

Steps

Wash carrot and grate it. Now mix all the ingredients in it like asafoetida, cumin powder, red chilli powder, sugar and salt. Mix it well. Garnish with coriander leaves.
