Rinse the whole chicken and dry it with paper towel.

Then apply the chicken with margarine rub all over even under the wings

Then sprinkle all the spices in all sides of the chicken

Then preheat your oven to 180 degrees then place the chicken into when oven and bake to grill
- 5
Cover the chicken with foil

Check it that is cooked after 1h00 after that remove the foil and now grill to roast the chicken
- 7
Once roasted the chicken remove it form the oven and let it cool and serve it once it's done.
