Peanut chikki
Steps

Roast the peanuts.

Take out the skin of it. Keep aside.

Take a pan add ghee in it.

Add jaggery in it & Sprinkle water on it.

Add pinch of baking soda shine & soft.

When the jaggery melt & forms bubbles take water in a bowl add one drop of melted jaggery if it becomes hard do not spread in water it becomes ready.

Add roast peanut in it.

Mix it well.

Take a big plate grease the plate with oil & transfer our mixture in it and press it with bowl.
