Boiled the green peas for 2 min

Heat the pan add oil 1 tsp then add chopped methi leaves stir fry for 2-3 min then remove in a plate

Make a smooth paste of garlic, ginger, cashew,tomato

Then Heat the same kadai add remaining oil add cumin seed after crackle of seed then add chopped onion stir fry till golden brown then add paste saute for 2 min then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, kitchen king and garam masala powder and salt saute till oil separate from masala

After that add malai saute for 2-3 min then add boiled green peas and stir fry methi leaves cook for 5-6 min in low flame

Then garnish with chopped coriander leaves

Methi malai matar is ready to serve
