In a pressure cooker heat oil,add cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds,when they cracks add hing and gram flour and stir continuously until you get nice aroma or it changes it's colour.(nice golden).

Add all chopped vegetables (you can add more vegetables, like cauliflower, lady finger, drumstick etc.) stir quickly for few secs add 2 Cups of water, stir continuously until it comes up to a boil,add all spices,stir well, close the lid and cook for just 1 whistle.

Let the pressure release by itself add fresh coriander leaves and serve with rice.
