Steps

Heat oil and temper cumin seeds, bay leaf and ginger garlic paste.

Add onion and saute well.

Add cumin-coriander powder and red chilli Powder.

Pour the boiled chana and mix well.
- 5
Add tomato puree and saute well till oil separates.
- 6
Add chana masala mix well and allow it to cook on low flame until done.
