1 bowlchopped vegetables
1 cupcubed paneer
1onion chopped
1 tspginger crushed
1 tspgarlic paste
1tomato chopped
1 tspturmeric powder
1 tspred chilli Powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and shallow fry the paneer
2

Keep it aside and add onion slices and garlic
3

Add vegetables and saute well
4

Add ginger paste and saute well
5

Add tomato and red chilli Powder and mix well
6

Now add paneer and keep stiring
7

Mix sugar and serve
