This is a very tasty and filling recipe and mostly eaten during some vrat or festival.It can also be served anytime during breakfast,lunch or even as a tea time snack.

Wash sabudana then soak with just enough water to cover the sabudana and leave it covered overnight or for 5 hours at least.

Check that the tapioca pearls are just soft and no water is there in it.Heat oil and ghee and sprinkle jeera. When it splutters,add 1 chopped potato and fry on low flame.In the meantime add half crushed roasted peanut powder and mix it well in the sabudana.

Add 2 chopped green chillies in the frying potatoes.Add the sabudana,sprinkle salt and little sugar.Then add pinch of turmeric and red chilli powder.Toss all and garnish with chopped coriander.Sprinkle 1 tbsp lemon juice.Serve hot.
