Ingredients

5 servings
  • 500 gm. Gajar
  • Sugar as per taste
  • 500 mlmilk
  • 2 tbspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take, Wash and peel 500 gm. Carrot

  2. 2

    Grate carrot and cook with milk till completely reduce the milk

  3. 3

    Now add ghee and cook add sugar and cook for more 2 minutes,now serve hot
