Steps

Sift d flour, add salt nd a seasoning cube

Rub d fat into d flour

Break d eggs nd add

Add water 2 form a dough (d dough must not b watery)if sticky add a little flour but it should not be hard

Stir fry d minced meat, chopped onions,peppers nd add ur seasonings&spices with a little oil

Roll out d dough

Use a meat pie cutter if available b placing d rolled out dough on d cutter. Place about tbsp of d filling if d cutter is of medium size.if big or small,add or reduce as appropriate

If a meatpie cutter is not available,cut into circles nd place d fillings.Seal d edge with a fork

Glaze with egg nd bake in a preheated oven @ 175°C 4 20-30 mins

As for d glazing,u can glaze with eggs beaten with curry powder
