  2. 1/4 bowljaggery
  3. 1 tbspghee

Cooking Instructions

    Make a dough of wheat flour

    Crush the gud

  3. 3

    Make two chappati's of the whest flour

  4. 4

    Put the gud on one chappati

  5. 5

    And cover it with another chappati

  6. 6

    Heat the tawa,put this chappati on it

  7. 7

    Roast it both the sides with ghee

  8. 8

    Delecious Gusri is ready to serve and eat
