Ingredients

35-45 min
4-5 servings
  • 1 cupBreadcrumbs (Italian)
  • 1.5 tspdry parsley flakes
  • 1.5 tspgarlic powder
  • 3/4 tspgarlic salt
  • 2 Tbspolive oil vinaigrette "Italian"
  • 4large eggs
  • 4-5chicken breasts
  • to tasteSalt and pepper

Steps

35-45 min
  1. 1

    Cut 5 chicken breasts in half

  2. 2

    Mix breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder & garlic salt in one bowl

  3. 3

    Mix and whisk vinaigrette and eggs in one bowl

  4. 4

    Cut each chicken breast in half

  5. 5

    Dip each chicken breast in egg mix then into dry mix

    Place on sprayed cookie sheet

    Spray top of chicken breasts with cooking spray (I used butter flavored)

  8. 8

    Sprinkle salt and pepper across the tops

  9. 9

    Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Once the breasts are fork tender and juices are clear, they are done.

    Serve with sides of your choice
