I wanted to find an additional use for my vinaigrette that would be healthy.
Steps

Cut 5 chicken breasts in half

Mix breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder & garlic salt in one bowl

Mix and whisk vinaigrette and eggs in one bowl
- 4
Cut each chicken breast in half
- 5
Dip each chicken breast in egg mix then into dry mix
- 6
Place on sprayed cookie sheet
- 7
Spray top of chicken breasts with cooking spray (I used butter flavored)
- 8
Sprinkle salt and pepper across the tops
- 9
Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Once the breasts are fork tender and juices are clear, they are done.

Serve with sides of your choice
