Ingredients

  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1 cupmilk powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add butter when butter melted then add milk and cook till milk boiled.

    Now add milk powder slowly slowly and stir continuously. Make sure no lumps left.

    Cook till the mixture forms a thick paste. Now khoya is ready.
