Wash and soak your rice for about 3hours

Blend the rice to form a paste- like batter

Add in yeast,baking powder and keep in a warm place to rise for about 40 mins depending on the warmth of the place and weather

Once it's risen, add in your sugar pinch of salt and mix

Brush a little oil on a non stick pan
- 6
Pour in your paste and cover, do not turn sides
- 7
Remove when it solidifies and enjoy with any stew of choice
