Peel the back of plantain and cut into a small piece, place on blender, add a small water and blend into a smooth puree.

Pour the puree in a small pot and place on a low heat, use turning stick to stir till it gradually change colour from creamy to golden brown, continue turning it till it becomes a thick paste. Tie in your nylon and enjoy with Okro soup or anyother soup of your choice.
