These are a hit no matter where I take them! I've never served them to someone who didn't end up in falling in love!

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Pour into un-greased 13x9 inch pan.

Bake potatoes in oven covered in foil 45 - 60 minutes or until heated through to center. Remove foil and bake an additional 20 minutes or until top is bubbly and golden brown.

Serve & Enjoy. Pro tip: these are almost even better the next day reheated!

NOTE: Even if you dont like onions, dont omit them! Use dried minced onion to avoid the onion texture. I PROMISE these will not taste like onions!
