Ingredients

  • leaves(Zobo)
  • Sugar(desired amount)
  • Jolly jus (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Seperate the leaves from the water(zobo) into a bowl using a sift

  2. 2

    Rinse and boil the zobo leaves

  3. 3

    Add sugar and jolly jus, then stir

  4. 4

    Keep in the freezer to make it cool
