    Peel the yam and slice, fry in a hot oil, in another pan add 1spoon of blue band, fry the egg

    In a pot add oil, add some slice onions and fry, add the grounded scotch bonnet pepper etc,add seasonings

    Fry and add the fried yam mix and add the scrambled eggs
