Ingredients

1 serving
  1. Finely peeled Matoke
  2. 2red Tomatoes
  3. Ginger
  4. Bulb onion
  5. 2Royco cubes

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop your bulb onion and fresh ginger

  2. 2

    Add to the sufuria with a little liquid cooking oil

  3. 3

    Let the onion and ginger cook to golden brown

  4. 4

    Add your chopped red Tomatoes and let it cook to make a paste.

  5. 5

    Add your royco cubes

  6. 6

    Add your matoke and let it cook with low heat

  7. 7

    Add some water to avoid burning and for allitle soup

  8. 8

    Let it cook for around 20 minutes

  9. 9

    You can add Dania(optional)

  10. 10

    Serve while hot.
