Ingredients

  1. Noodles
  2. Ripe plantain
  3. Raw egg
  4. Fresh peppper

Steps

  1. 1

    Perboil noodles and grate in plantain

  2. 2

    Drain the noodles

  3. 3

    Putt 1tbs of oil in to the pot, saute onion, add pepper and seasoning

  4. 4

    Add the noodles and whisk egg, alternating both

  5. 5

    Simmer for 2mins

  6. 6

    Enjoy with smoothes of choice
