Boil the chicken breasts with all the spices listed above.

Cook the white rice. When the chicken is done, drain and shred it. Sprinkle a little ground cinnamon on top.

Prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing the yogurt with tahini, salt, and a little water.

Toast the nuts in a pan with a little clarified butter, then set aside.

To assemble: Place the rice in a serving dish, add pieces of pita bread on top, then add the shredded chicken.

Finally, pour the yogurt sauce over everything and top with the toasted nuts. Some people like to drizzle the hot clarified butter used for the nuts on top as well.

Serve for lunch. Enjoy!

Optional note: You can cook ground beef with the rice if you like. I made plain rice without ground beef, but you can choose what you prefer.
